Directions to our reception at This Is the Place

Directions to our reception from the south: Take exit from I-215 or I-80 towards Foothill Drive. Head north on Foothill Drive. After approximately 1 mile, turn east (or right) onto Sunnyside Avenue.

1/2 mile further you will find the turn in for This Is the Place. Turn in, go around the round-about, and look for a sign for 'Will and Sara Wedding'. It will be on your left. Follow the signs to the Kimball Home.

The Kimball Home is a two-story white home on the west side of the park. There is parking at the home.

It's coming! It's coming without boxes and bags, ribbons and bows!

I know my previous attempts to actually be worthy of the title 'Blogger' are feeble. Two posts in the last 2 years isn't a great track record. However, this wedding blog is different! It's not supposed to last for years, only a month. And THAT I can do. So first entry...the stress of wedding planning.

If you know me you know I really enjoy planning events. I took over decorating for my sister's wedding in July and had a fine time of it. (Not sure if the rest of my family, that I made into work horses would agree...) But planning your own is a little more strenuous. Now I know why Lindsay did let me take over! I went through a peak of being stressed to the max (pretty sure I developed my first migraine ever) and am now back to somewhat normal. I decided the wedding day will indeed come with or without boxes, bows, and ribbons.

But I will try my darndest to see that it comes WITH them.

    You need to make that picture of you to the right so I can see you. You look amazing! Can't wait for that day. Until then, don't overdo yourself ;)

    You really were a great wedding planner for me- thank you for taking over! You're quite brilliant in all leadership roles. Perhaps you should do weddings instead of Nutrition? Hmmm...?

    I've considered Wedding Planning but I'd need a good right hand co-planner. Would you volunteer Lindsay??
